Cancellation policy:
We take into account a period of 7 days after purchase for any cancellation requests. However, after this period, cancellations can be requested until June 23, 2025, with a refund of 40% of the registration fee in order to cover administrative costs. After that date, there will be NO REFUNDS.                  

Alternatively, the registration can be transferred to another participant in the same category until July 8, 2025, free of charge. The request must be made by e-mail ([simposioentomologia@ufv.br]) and must be approved by the organizing committee.
