Group registrations:
- Groups of 10: get 1 free entry in the lowest category in the group. [Not valid for promotional lot]

Refund Policy:

Registration cancellations can be requested until July 17, 2023, however, in order to cover administrative costs, only 40% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will apply after this date. Alternatively, the registration can be transferred to another participant of the same category until August 17, 2023, free of charge. The transfer must be requested by email [simposioentomologia@ufv.br] and must be approved by the organizing committee. Registrations made in the promotional lot are non-refundable.
