Reservations can be made until July 28, or until the seats are filled.

Attention:

1. A fee of R$ 175,00 will be charged for the participant's stay during the duration of the whole event ( 7 days);

2. This fee will not be charged for students of Degree in Field Education of the campuses of Florestal and Rio Paranaíba, upon presentation of the student card and proof of enrollment at registration;

3. The reservation must be made through the purchase of daily rates at the bottom of this page;

4. The Dormitory does NOT have bed and bath linen or lockers with keys and neither the UFV nor the Organizing Committee of the symposium is responsible for the personal belongings of the guests;

5. It is forbidden to host couples together and under 18 years old;

6. It is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages;

7. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation;

8. Users are responsible for damage to public property;

9. The last guest to leave the dormitory must hand in the key to the building's doorman.
